Steve from Sidex was nothing short of amazing!! From start to finish he did better then I could have imagined. He was knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and just a blast to have around during this process. Having someone that was so down to earth helped my anxiety and put my mind at ease. He went out of his way for me to make sure this got done and there were no issues. If anyone needs some remodeling done please call Sidex and request Steve! I cant recommend him enough.

Everyone at Sidex made this process so easy! We had a tub to shower conversion. Total came out to about 17k due to unexpected issues with our drain. Installation still only took 3 days, Steve was reliable and gave excellent advice for the rest of the bathroom! Absolutely recommending this company to all my friends!

I had the good fortune of finding SiDEX on the internet for my bathroom tub to walk in shower conversion.
First contact with the salespeople, Rob and Joe, was a delight. No hard sell. They listened carefully to my needs, asked great questions and developed a plan. For an added layer of reassurance, they gave me their numbers in case I had further questions/problems.
Within the time frame they estimated, Jenna came to measure the job.
Then Steve arrived to do the work. He worked straight through the day and into the evening to finish the job in one day! His workmanship was excellent. He was personable, courteous and very knowledgeable. He found problems from a previous remodel and fixed them.
Communication throughout the process by all involved was great.
Most impressive of all was that each employee spoke highly of their company and SiDEX’s owner. That pride and enthusiasm for an employer is seldom expressed nowadays.

Can't beat that smaller business quality!
We moved into our house in 2016 and have had many door to door salesmen attempt to grab our pockets. A few years ago, Sidex came knocking and at the time windows weren't on our "to-do" list, however we entertained the free estimate for future planning. The price seemed astronomical, however it was for all 22 windows and we had no other bid to compare it to, so although it seemed high, it was a missed opportunity; windows only increase in price. Fast forward to this year, our old windows hadn't healed by themselves. Most of the windows didnt open, had broken locks or didnt stay closed/would fall from the top down. We knew it was time. A big window chain came knocking (you know the one) and we figured it was time to get serious. Their price was SO FAR above from the price we had received from Sidex just a few years prior. We thought we must be doomed to live with the broken windows a few years longer. That is until Sidex gave us a second, unprompted, knock. And we welcomed them in for the second time. Their number was higher than the last time, however with inflation this was something we anticipated AND it was half the price of the big windows chain (you know the one).
The only negative was, with any construction, there's always tiny bits of scrap leftover. Our house has rocks all around the outer perimeter, and while doing the spring gardening we did see slivers of aluminum wrapping sprinkled here and there. That is a drop in the bucket compared to how happy we are with the windows. Our house feels so much more secure being able to lock and double lock. I'm not scared to open the windows anymore, for fear that they won't ever properly close again. I would absolutely recommend Sidex for your project, should you be able to afford the help of a qualified hired hand 😊

From start to finish, each person we interacted with from SidEx was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our original tub shower had been installed in 1950 and there was black mold growing inside the doors, shelf and corners of the tub. SidEx was able to remove our old shower tub and install the new one in one day. We originally planned to have recessed shelves in the shower, but the wall studs behind the tub were not compatible for that to happen. Steven, who was doing our installation, informed me about it right away and put in an order for corner shelves instead that matched the value of the shelves we originally wanted. Even though we had to wait a few weeks for the new order of shelves to arrive, we were able to use the shower without them. They installed the new shelves almost immediately after they arrived at their warehouse. I love our new shower tub and the service we received to get it. I recommend SidEx for your next home project!
