Five stars all across the board...sales, service, materials and workmanship! We replaced an old, cast iron tub with a new, walk-in shower and couldn't be happier.We were able to schedule a meeting with Sidex within days and the two salesmen with whom we met, both Joes, were very knowledgeable and informative, showing us many samples of what Sidex has to offer.But, in my opinion, the BEST part of dealing with Sidex was, they did not, in the least, pressure us to buy from them! They just gave us all the information about the job and their contact information so we were free to check with other companies. That certainly made a difference to me, especially when dealing with the pressure to buy tactics of some of the other companies we contacted.Sidex was able to start our project a few days earlier than the estimated start date. The workmen, Jose and Raoul, are masters at their craft!...very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and neat; making sure all the floors were covered and cleaning up everything before they left on both days. They ran into a small problem with our plumbing so asked us if we wanted them to stay later to finish in one day or if they could finish the next day...which we chose.The only thing that took me by surprise is, after the installation, there was a 3/4 inch gap between the floor and the shower base. We were told they could fill it with caulk but it would not look very nice. They suggested we purchase some quarter round trim and install that ourselves, which we agreed would be better.All in all, it was a pleasure dealing with Sidex Corporation of Wisconsin, Inc. for our tub to shower conversion and I would highly recommend them.
