Conversion from bath tub to a walk in shower was easy from initial inquiry to finished installation. Questions answered, installation done quickly and clean up performed. Sales quote with Dominck was easily explained in detail and installation with Steve was a dream. I could not have asked for a better experience.
I enjoyed the crew alot and they did a nice job with the siding project. It turned out even better then I thought it would turn out. I appreciate them standing behind their product as I got my bathroom done 6 years old. They came back to fix any issue in a timing manner. I will definitely recommend Sidex to my friends and family to get work done. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Had an excellent experience with Sidex from the sales process (which came in several thousand lower than competitors), to the estimate, admin staff, and installers. I was especially impressed with the care and level of detail that the installer put into it when they realized a clogged gutter above a window was causing additional issues and cleared it for me. I will be returning for more work in the future.
This company made my dreams come true they installed a new shower and went beyond meeting my expectations I wanted a rain shower and they special ordered it for me and had to find additional extensions for the rain shower head. I would use this company 100 times over the crew they sent over Mike Dan and Xavier were the sweetest most efficient men I could have asked for.

Had the free estimate and had the project done. 10 windows and 2 doors. The guys that came out were great. Jesse and Ryan were polite, down to earth, and did great work. They pulled me aside for anything they felt needed a check or desision. Spot on appropriate. More than willing to answer any questions and explain any process. I have some future projects and I will be contacting Sidex again.
Ryan and Jesse did a great job installing my windows and the inside trim to get it just the way I wanted it even after I stopped them mid job to make changes. Looks great inside and out, very friendly to talk with, added some good suggestions along the way.

Had our bathtub redone in 2016 and needed repairs in 2026. Called Sidex and they came out without a problem even after 10 years! The service tech did a fantastic job and our tub looks like it did when we first had it installed. Sidex also did window work for us and have had no issues with them.

We had an older oversize whirlpool bath that had outlived our need for it. In its place we opted for a walk-in shower. In 2 quick days the job was done and it looks great. Steve from Sidex was great to work with. He was very professional, communicated with me well throughout the project, and most important did excellent work. Everyone throughout the process were all professional and you could tell they enjoyed their job as well as the owner Joe. Ran into an issue scheduling, but Joe was real quick to resolve the issue. Got somebody there on time abuse this company before for all of my home projects and I’ve never had an any problems during the process of completing the project. Will definitely use them again 30 year customer

Steve arrived right on schedule. The removal of our cast iron vintage tub went much quicker than I expected it would. The installation of our new walk-in shower went perfect in every way. To see the teardown and new shower installation happen with one technician, in approximately seven hours, is truely remarkable. The finished project is absolutey beautiful.
